Feeling very very inspired right now, extremely inspired. A lot of it has to do with all of the action going on at SXSW. I’ve been coding a new project this weekend as a result. For the longest time as soon as I’ve finished watching a movie from the Theater I’ve always just made it a habbit to put the ticket stub in an old ZipDrive Disk container, I have something like 42 movie stubs ranging from May 2002 to Feb. 2010. To the right is the breakdown of all the Auditorium numbers that I’ve been in with those tickets.

I’ve got the main navigation working now on the new template, going to fill all the different sections up and style them up really nice this weekend when I get sometime. I’ve got plenty of Calculus work and Programming (CS2250) homework / studying for a test next week. Only 3 more weeks until spring break.
I’ve gotten a lot done otherwise thanks to my good pal Gabry Ponte (pictured to the left), I always loose track of him for a few months or so, but always manage to catch up and re-discover all of his new stuff. (I don’t stop listening to any of the older stuff by any means, but it’s so fucking amazing that it’s hard to ever expect more or need more for that matter!) I’ve been powering through Vivi nell’aria [You (Livin' In My Heart)] and I’ve recently within the last hour found “Don’t let me be misunderstood”, hot and amazing, that’s all I have to say…YouTube Link.

Just went I was starting to question whether or not Android was a good decision this article on “Mashable – 6 Free Android Apps…“, shared “Nesoid” which I’ve fallen in love with, apparently it plays old school NES roms. I’ve been playing Super Mario Bros and Super Mario Bros 3 on my Android now for an hour or so. It’s wonderful, I think the paid version (3.99) will be worth it and my first Android Market Application purchase, I’m currently using the FREE version which has everything but the saved state functions enabled. This is so badass, I love it.

So this last week I’m slowly getting into the differences between 1080p quality video and DVD quality. With that said, I’ve been checking out Blu-ray. So far I think it’s going to be an investment for “Avatar” when it comes out on Blu-ray, and then the Harry Potter series (when it comes out in a Box Set in 2 years or so.) Anyway, here are two quick screen grabs from my PC, the one on the left of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone is DVD quality and the one on the right is Blu-ray. Although they are not exact time caps, the difference is very present. I’m excited to start seeing my content a lot more clearer! I think VLC player doesn’t really do them 100% justice in that when you pause any video with VLC player, it seems to blur a bit.

I don’t consider myself to be someone spectacular; however I do pride myself with my Web Development skills. I’m a 22 year old Website Developer from St. Louis, Missouri. I’ve been working on websites since 1997 (the 4th grade). My interest was sparked by the idea that you could take a variety of elements or different 'puzzle pieces' and bring them together to create something. As I began to self learn HTML, CSS, and a variety of Design Methodologies from 1997 to 2006, I finally graduated High School and landed myself with a very decent job with a local St. Louis based company. I’ve attended St. Charles Community College with the Missouri A+ Program, a program that rewards High School students with two free years of Technical school training or Community College. I now have an Associates of Arts degree, a transfer degree with the intent to finish with a Bachelors of Computer Science from the University of Missouri St. Louis.
